Michael Jackson Died at 50

Michael Jackson, the “King of Pop” and the most famous celebrity in the world died last Thursday in UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles and he’s only 50. Michael also has 3 kids.

Michael Jackson’s brother believed that the pop star died of cardiac arrest but Jermaine Jackson said at a hospital conference that the cause of death would not be known until an autopsy was performed.

The circumstances of Jackson’s death were not immediately clear. Jackson was not breathing when Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded to a call at his Los Angeles home about 12:30 p.m., Capt. Steve Ruda told the Los Angeles Times. The paramedics performed CPR and took him to the hospital, Ruda told the newspaper.

Michael was a part of Jackson 5 in 1960’s and decided a solo career. He became popular on his 1982 album “Thriller” which included the blockbuster hits “Beat It,” “Billie Jean” and “Thriller” is the best-selling album of all time, with an estimated 50 million copies sold worldwide.

Michael Jackson was truly an icon and a legend. No one can replace him and I know that his legacy will live forever. He’s an all-around performer and every artist look up to him. He accomplished everything in the music scene and he always is a part of the evolution of music.
