Happy HALLOWEEN!

It's Halloween, I know the kids are so excited on what costume they will wear for trick or treating. Trick or treating is a customary practice for children on Halloween seen in many countries. Children in costumes, either in large groups or accompanied by an adult, travel from house to house in order to ask for treats such as candy or money with the question "Trick or treat?". Usually they bring a jack-o-lantern basket where they put all the candies they collected. A jack-o'-lantern (formerly also known as a Jack o' the lantern) is typically a carved pumpkin. It is associated chiefly with the holiday Halloween.

Honestly, I haven't got a chance to do a trick or treating and wear a costume. I always thought that it's only exist in other countries especially in the United States. But I found out that kids here in the Philippines do also this practice. Exclusive villages organize events like Halloween parties and trick or treating for the children. But the most important thing to do this Halloween is to visit our loved ones who already passed away. If we have no time to visit them in the cemetery at least offer them a prayers.
