Taylor Swift won “Best Female Video” at 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. Other nominees on the said category were Beyonce, Kelly Clarkson, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga and Pink. Taylor was announced as the winner on this category among those big stars.
She didn’t expect it. But she’s happy because of the award she received and it was truly a memorable night for her. But Kanye West stole that important moment to Taylor.
When Taylor was on stage and delivering her acceptance speech, Kanye West went up on stage, grabbed the microphone and said:“Yo Taylor, I’m really happy for you. I’m gonna let you finish but Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time. One of the best videos of all time!”
Beyonce also looked shocked on what Kanye did. The audience started to boo Kanye West and cheer for Taylor as their support.
Taylor looked really shocked, stunned and speechless. She was very embarrassed on what Kanye did. One of Kanye’s songs really fits to his attitude that night “Heartless”. How can you be so heartless Kanye on Taylor Swift.
