Chace Crawford is named as the Summer's Hottest Bachelor by People magazine. The “Gossip Girl” actor grabbed the top spot on the weekly publication's 10th annual list of Sexy & Single Men of 2009.
He deserved it; he’s single, famous, and having a sky-rocketing acting career, no doubt about it.
